1. Promo is open to all Toys”R”Us customers.

2. To join, customers must be registered on the RLIFE App. Customers who are not yet registered must download the RLIFE App and complete their registration before participating in the promo.

3. All participants must complete the Toys”R”Us Toys for Joy Holiday Spree E-Raffle Registration Form on the RLIFE App during the promo period. All participants, including existing RLIFE App users, must complete the registration form and provide the required consent to qualify.

4. Customer can earn one (1) e-raffle entry for every P3,500 single-receipt spend at any Toys"R"Us store or Toys”R”Us section inside the Robinsons Department Store from October 22, 2026 to January 15, 2027.

Purchases of gift certificates, mobile phone cards, bills payment, and other products at the Robinsons Department Store Business Center are excluded from this promo.

5. Go Rewards members will receive additional five (5) e-raffle entries for every qualifying purchase provided that their Go Rewards Account is successfully linked to the RLIFE App at the time of the transaction.

6. Customers who purchase from any participating featured brand will receive an additional one (1) e-raffle entry.

7. To earn e-raffle entries, customers must present their RLIFE QR Code before payment for every qualifying transaction. For Go Rewards members to receive the additional five (5) e-raffle entries, their Go Rewards Account must be successfully linked to their RLIFE App account prior to the transaction. Customers who are not yet registered on the RLIFE App must download the app and complete their registration before proceeding with their purchase.  

8. Once registered through the in-app promo form, RLIFE members will automatically earn additional e-raffle entries for every succeeding qualifying purchase made within the promo duration. 

9. Only transactions with a successful E-Raffle Registration on the RLIFE App will qualify for e-raffle entries. Previous qualifying transactions made before a successful promo registration will not be eligible for e-raffle entries.

10. Customers may earn multiple bonus e-raffle entries in a single transaction if they qualify for both the Go Rewards member incentive and the participating featured brand incentive.

For Example: P3,500 qualifying purchase + Go Rewards (linked to RLIFE App) + Featured Brand Purchase = 7 e-raffle entries.

11. Only verified RLIFE App users are eligible to win. Members may update and/or complete their profile including but not limited to their name, mailing address, contact number, and email address via the RLIFE App at any time prior to the promo end date.

12. A customer may only win once. If a customer’s name is drawn more than once, the prize with the higher value will be awarded.  

13. Deadline for qualified entries is on January 15, 2027 at 11:59pm. 

14. The electronic raffle draw will be conducted and will be witnessed by a DTI Representative on January 22, 2027, 3pm, via Microsoft Teams.

15. Winners will be notified by Toys”R”Us via registered mail through the mailing address provided. An e-mail or an SMS may also be sent as an additional notification to the winner. Names of the winners will be posted on the official Facebook Page and website of Toys”R”Us Philippines. 

16. Winners below eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own set of identification documents in claiming the prize on the winner’s behalf. 

17. Redemption of prizes shall be within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification. Otherwise, the prizes will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket Corporation –Toys Division with prior approval of DTI. 

18. The 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 will be shouldered by Toys”R”Us Philippines. 

19. Prizes are non-transferable or convertible to cash or any credit.  

20. The P100,000 Shopping Spree prize is not eligible to earn Go Rewards Points.

21. Employees of Robinsons Supermarket Corporation, its third-party agencies who are directly involved in the promotion, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

22. All decisions made by Toys”R”Us with the concurrence of DTI are final and binding. 

23. By joining the promo, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry details for promotional purposes without further compensation. 

24. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Robinsons Supermarket Corp. – Toys Division and Department Store Divisions and its promo agency free and harmless from any loss, expense, cost, claims, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.  

25. Terms and Conditions of RLIFE App and Go Rewards shall apply.   

SUMMARY OF PRIZES: 

Major Prizes:  10 winners of P100,000 worth of Shopping Spree each  

Minor Prizes:  20 winners of P10,000 worth of exclusive toys from participating featured toy brands  

RAFFLE DRAW AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:  

1. Raffle Draw Date: January 22, 2027, 3pm 
2. Electronic draw witnessed by authorized Toys”R”Us, RLIFE, and DTI representatives.
3. Announcement of Winners: February 1, 2027, via official Toys”R”Us Facebook page and website www.toysrus.com.ph  

CLAIMING OF PRIZES: 

1. Winners will be notified via their registered contact details in the RLIFE database (SMS, e-mail and address). 
2. Upon claiming of the prize, the winner must present the following for validation: 
1. RLIFE App for verification
2. Two (2) valid forms of identification or government-issued IDs, such as Driver’s License, SSS I.D., Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN Card and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)  
3. Registered notification from a Toys”R”Us Marketing representative.
4. In compliance with BIR Rules and Regulations, winners are required to present a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) to claim their prize. In the absence of a TIN, the winner must secure one prior to claiming the prize.
5. Winners may claim their prize at the nearest or preferred Toys”R”Us store.
6. Prizes may be claimed within sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Toys”R”Us Philippines with prior approval of DTI.  

SHOPPING SPREE GUIDELINES: 

1. Each winner will be given three (3) minutes to complete their shopping spree inside the store. 
2. Each winner is entitled to a maximum of P100,000.00 worth of items only.  
3. If the total value of items chosen during the shopping spree exceeds the allotted prize, the winner may either remove items to meet the maximum prize value or pay the excess amount.
4. The P100,000 Shopping Spree prize is not eligible to earn Go Rewards Points.
5. Any unused balance from the P100,000.00 shopping spree after the three (3) minutes time limit is non-convertible to cash or gift certificates and will be forfeited after the event.
6. Winners may get any item available inside the store during the shopping spree. However, purchases from Toys”R”Us’ Tech Zone is limited to the following per winner:
   
   
• Maximum of 1 unit of gaming console of their choice  
• Maximum of 5 game titles of their choice 
• Maximum of 3 units of any trading cards
7. All items must be placed inside the shopping cart before the time limit expires. Items not fully inside the cart when time is called will not be included in the final prize haul.
8. Items damaged during the shopping spree will be considered as part of the winner’s haul and shall be included in the total value of items charged against the allotted prize value. Should the total value, including damaged items, exceed the allotted prize value, the excess amount shall be charged to the winner. 
9. The shopping spree may only be done during a single visit on the scheduled date set by Toys”R”Us Marketing Representative.
10. All selected items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. 
11. Winners must present a valid government-issued ID and the official winner’s notification to participate. 
12. The shopping spree will be supervised by authorized store representatives and a DTI representative, if required.  Standard store policies on safety and conduct must be observed at all times. 
13. Winners must give their consent to event coverage, including photo and video documentation, which may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without further notice or compensation.
