It's a Wrap! Another Successful Year for Our Junior Toy Crew

On June 3, 2026, Toys”R”Us successfully concluded the second year of its Junior Toy Crew program at Kidzooona, Robinsons Galleria, bringing together kids who completed the program’s three-day fun, immersive, and engaging learning workshop.

Conducted across six select Toys”R”Us stores – Power Plant Mall, Spatio at Opus Mall, TriNoma, Robinsons Magnolia, Festival Mall, and Robinsons Department Store Galleria – the program welcomed batches of 10 kids per session over a six-week period.  

Guided by the Toys”R”Us’ CREW pillars – Creativity, Relationship, Engagement, and World of Play—the Junior Toy Crew members gained first-hand experience in key store tasks such as, cashiering, gift wrapping, welcoming and assisting shoppers, and arranging merchandise display. These hands-on activities reinforced the brand’s belief that play is a powerful form of learning.

“That’s what it means to “Live Toyful” – to stay curious, creative, kind, and full of joy every day.”, said Christine Sanchez, Deputy General Manager of Toys”R”Us Philippines, during the program’s culminating event.

The program also supported Save the Children Philippines through a P100,000 donation alongside 50 Huggable Bears from Playkit Philippines, further reinforcing the brand’s commitment to creating a positive impact in the lives of children.
