1. This e-Raffle promo is exclusive to all Toys”R”Us and Robinsons Department Store Go Rewards members/cardholders, who are of legal age and residents of the Philippines. 
2. To qualify for the e-Raffle promo, customers must purchase a minimum single-receipt of P3,500 at any Toys"R"Us or from the Children’s Departments of Robinsons Department Store branches via in-store or Call-to-Order transactions from October 1 to December 31, 2024. Purchase of mobile phone cards, bills payment, and other products at the Robinsons Department Store Business Center are not qualified for this promotion. 
   - Customers with valid transactions will also receive a Klook New User Voucher, valid for Hong Kong hotels and activities, worth P250 off a minimum P3,000 spend. Not valid for select Hong Kong hotels and activities listed here (https://www.klook.com/en-PH/no_applicable_activities_list_new/). 
   - Customers who purchase from any featured Toys”R”Us brands will also get an additional 1 e-Raffle entry (Play-Doh, Squishmallows, Learning is Fun, Hape, Lego, Zippies & Totsafe, Qman & Keepplay and select items of Barbie, Gabby's Dollhouse and Hot Wheels, under Richprime Global Inc.) 
3. Go Rewards members must present their Go Rewards card or app when they purchase in-store.  
4. All qualified entries will be electronically drawn at Toys“R"Us and Robinsons Department Store Head Office Building 3, Libis, Bagumbayan, Quezon City in the presence of a DTI representative. 
5. A Total of 6 Grand Prize and 10 Consolation Prize winners will be drawn on January 13, 2025: 
   - 6 winners will win a trip for 4 to Hong Kong via Clark, Davao, or Iloilo inclusive of 4 days/ 3 nights accommodations, and Four (4) 1-day passes to Hong Kong Disneyland 
              - 3 winners will be drawn from Toys”R”Us entries 
              - 3 winners will be drawn from Robinsons Department Store entries 
   - 10 Consolation prize winners will also get a chance to win up to P20,000 worth of merchandise from featured brands of Toys”R”Us  
       - 10 winners will be drawn from Toys"R"Us entries 
6. Deadline of e-Raffle entries is on December 31, 2024, 11:59pm. 
7. Winners will be announced on Toys"R"Us and Robinsons Department Store official social media accounts and will receive a notification through snail mail, e-mail and SMS on or before January 31, 2025.  
8. Winners can only win once. If a winner's name was drawn more than once, he/she will get the prize with higher value. 
9. Winners of international roundtrip tickets to Hong Kong must be a valid passport holder. Otherwise, they are required to secure a valid passport at their own expense in time for their travel date. Tickets are non-transferrable once ticketed out      in case the winner or flight recipient failed to secure a passport on time.      
10. The promo prize, flights e-tickets, are transferrable for as long as they haven’t been ticketed out yet, but cannot be replaced with cash, credit, or other goods and services, rewards or products other than the offer indicated in this promo and cannot be availed of in conjunction with other on-going promotions of Toys“R”Us and Robinsons Department Store. 
11. The promo prize flight e-tickets, includes a check-in baggage allowance of 20kg and a 7kg carry-on baggage per passenger per way. 
12. The 3 nights hotel accommodation vouchers are valid for booking only at the Disney’s Hollywood Hotel at Hong Kong Disneyland, with a maximum value of P50,000 for each winner. 
13. The hotel accommodation vouchers and the Hong Kong Disneyland park vouchers are transferrable for as long as the voucher has not been claimed yet via the Klook app or website, but cannot be replaced with cash, credit, or other goods and services, rewards or products other than the offer indicated in this promo and cannot be availed of in conjunction with other on-going promotions of Toys“R”Us and Robinsons Department Store. 
14. Toys“R”Us and Robinsons Department Store with concurrence of DTI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any e-Raffle entry that does not comply with any of the instructions above, even after the entry has already been submitted. By entering this e-Raffle contest, the customer agrees that any submitted data including but not limited to names, photos and other information may be used by Toys“R”Us and Robinsons Department Store in any platform or manner they deem appropriate.  
15. Splitting a single-receipt transaction for generating multiple receipts and e-Raffle entries shall not be allowed. A split transaction is defined as multiple transactions made by the same customer on the same day. 
16. Toys"R"Us and Robinsons Department Store shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 
17. Employees of Toys“R”Us and Robinsons Department Store, its concessionaires, vendors, accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity of affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion. 

Claiming of Prizes:  

1. Winners must submit the following details to the Toys“R”Us and Robinsons Department Store representatives who will reach out to them to claim their prizes on or before April 30, 2025. Winners must still present clear scanned copies of the documents and IDs requested as an additional security control measure.  
    a.Full Name (as it appears on their Valid ID) 
    b.Birthdate 
    c.Preferred date of travel (until September 30, 2025 only) 
    d.Contact Number 
    e.E-mail Address (e-tickets, flight confirmations and other necessary communication will be sent here) 
    f.Scanned copy of at least 2 government-issued IDs of the winner (e.g. Passport, Driver’s License, SSS ID, Voter’s ID) 
2. Prizes in the form of e-tickets, hotel accommodations e-vouchers, and Hong Kong Disneyland Park pass e-vouchers will be sent to the winners’ provided e-mail addresses on or before April 30, 2025. 
3. Travel dates should be between March 1 until September 30, 2025, only, and is/are subject to flight availability, embargo period (April 10 to 23, 2025 and May 8 to 13, 2025) and excluding declared holidays and long weekends. Failure to utilize the flight tickets, Klook accommodations vouchers and Klook Hong Kong Disneyland Park 1-day pass vouchers within the said period will mean forfeiture of the prizes.  
4. Winners of the international roundtrip tickets must be a valid passport holder. Otherwise, they are required to secure a valid passport at their own expense in time for their booking departure date. Failure to utilize the flights will mean forfeiture of the prizes. 
5. Based on the winner’s preferences, Toys"R"Us, Robinsons Department Store, and Cebu Pacific shall exercise their discretion to book the winners’ roundtrip flight, subject to Cebu Pacific’s approval and flight availability, and the prevailing conditions at the time of booking.  
6. The winner understands and agrees that Toys"R"Us, Robinsons Department Store, and Cebu Pacific may not be able to book flights exactly in accordance with the winner’s preferences and/or instructions, but it shall, to the extent practicable, endeavor to do so. 
7. Toys"R"Us, Robinsons Department Store and Cebu Pacific reserves the right to refuse redemptions made by winners if the details provided by the winner/s are incomplete, vague, or invalid. 
8. Flights of the winners will be booked by Toys"R"Us, Robinsons Department Store and Cebu Pacific representatives. The booking period is from February 1 until April 30, 2025; with a travel period of until September 30, 2025. Otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Toys"R"Us and Robinsons Department Store with prior DTI approval. 
9. Hotel accommodation and 1-day Hong Kong Disneyland Park passes will be booked personally by the winners, based on their confirmed flights and actual travel dates within the travel period. Winners are responsible for ensuring that their bookings are correct and aligned with the flights booked via Cebu Pacific. 
10. Please be advised, in redeeming the roundtrip tickets, issuance, taxes and fees such as those identified below will be shouldered by the winner:   
    a.Philippine Travel Tax, as applicable 
    b.Airport Terminal Fee   
    c.Fuel Surcharges  
    d.Security and Insurance Surcharges  
    e.Aviation Security Fee  
    f.VAT  
    g.Any add-on product or service for the flight 
11. International flight destinations may also require specific taxes on top of local taxes. Toys"R"Us, Robinsons Department Store, and Cebu Pacific are unable to waive any government-imposed fees therefore shall be shouldered by the winner. 
12. Winners will be awarded their corresponding prizes up to 60 working days after winners are verified, validated, and notified.  
13. Winners must have or create a valid Cebu Pacific account and Klook account. 
14. On the use of Cebu Pacific roundtrip flight, program policies and terms and conditions apply.  
15. Promo does not include any other in-flight add-ons.
