Returns, Refunds, & Exchange

To have your item replaced, you can return to your Toys“R"Us store of purchase and present the original Toys “R” Us receipt as proof of transaction together with the original package and parts of the merchandise, intact. However, we only accept replacement of items seven (7) days from the date of purchase and only with items of similar or lesser value.
