🛒VIP Sale Top 5 Spender Promo Full Mechanics:

1. Promo is open to all Go Rewards card/app members from October 9 to November 24, 2024 at the participating Toys”R”Us stores.
2. To qualify, a customer must purchase at least P20,000, single or cumulative at the participating Toys”R”Us stores. Only purchases at the selected Toys”R”Us stores on their respective dates are considered valid.
3. Top five (5) customers with the highest accumulated spend will be determined on December 6, Friday, as the winners of one (1) Toys”R”Us Shopping Spree, each worth P25,000 in Toys”R”Us Gift Certificates, with the presence of a DTI representative. Top Spenders will be based on the total value of purchases accumulated throughout the promo period. A member may only win once.
4. Qualified transactions are based on accumulated transaction value within the promo period stated per store. Deadline of qualified transactions is on November 24 by 10:00PM:
5. In the case of a tie, the customer who first reached the spend amount based on the transacted date and time in the database will be considered as the winner.
6. The five (5) top spenders will win Toys”R”Us Shopping Spree, each worth P25,000 in Toys”R”Us Gift Certificates. For physical store transactions, members must present their GoRewards card or Go Rewards mobile app upon payment to avail the promo. For Call-To-Order transactions, members must provide the store personnel their Go Rewards membership number upon placing their orders to avail the promo
7. Only members who have registered their name, mailing address, contact number, and e-mail address with Go Rewards are qualified to win. Members may update these details through the Member Profile Tab of the Go Rewards mobile app or by logging in at the Go Rewards website at any time prior to the determination of top spenders. Members profile should be updated.
8. Top spenders will be notified by Toys”R”Us via registered mail through the mailing address provided. An e-mail or an SMS may also be sent as an additional notification to the winner. Names of the winners will be posted on the Facebook Page of Toys”R”Us Philippines.
9. In order to claim the prize, top spenders must present the winning receipt/s, their Go Rewards card or mobile app, and any two (2) valid proof of identification with photo (i.e. Driver’s License, Passport, SSS, TIN, Voter’s ID, etc.) at the Customer Service Counter of the store where the member made the winning transaction from Monday to Sunday during business hours.
10. Top spenders under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must, likewise, present his/her own set of identification papers in claiming the prize on the winner’s behalf.
11. In the event that the top spender cannot present the winning receipt, he/she must execute a duly notarized affidavit of loss. A sixty (60) day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as the affidavit is submitted to the brand in order to ensure veracity of claim.
12. Redemption of prizes shall be within sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of Robinsons Supermarket Corporation –Toys Division with prior approval of DTI.
13. Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash or any other item.
14. Employees of Robinsons Supermarket Corporation, its third-party agencies who are directly involved in the promotion, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
15. Promo is valid on the above-mentioned specified dates only

🎁Claiming of Prizes:

1. Winners may claim their prize at the nearest or preferred Toys”R”Us store.
   • Upon claiming his/her prize, the winner must present the hard copies of the following for validation:
   • Go Rewards Card / App number
2. Two (2) valid forms of identification or government-issued IDs, [including Driver’s License, SSS I.D., Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN Card and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)].
3. Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to claim their prize. After the 60-day claiming period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Toys”R”Us PH with prior approval of DTI.
